ATL, Georgia

My first trip to Georgia was a whirlwind experience, and I can't say I got to know the place very well.

But I did eat some great food at the famous Flying Biscuit Cafe.

And better yet, I saw some great football. You know when you're waiting in this line, your seats are going to be great!

And they were! Row 19! {Meanwhile our friends were in the VERY last row.}

It was very strange wearing orange on Game Day, but the Hokies aren't too difficult to cheer for. That doesn't mean I'm not talking trash with my Hokie friends, though. When Nebraska plays VT next weekend, I'll be back in RED and cheering my loudest for my home team. I may live in Virginia now, but I'll always be a Nebraska Cornhusker! Go Big Red!

Can you believe that in the four years I've lived in metro Atlanta I haven't gotten to the Flying Biscuit?? I have heard nothing but good things about it. I'm glad you had fun in ATL!
